We integrate hospitality into the local economy, paying attention to environmental damages, aware that exasperated globalisation causes losses to the community when regardless of people's history and culture. Often, hotels value the guests' ultimate experience, eluding a necessary, deep understanding of how to involve the local community and their actors as a protagonist to maintain a shared commercial path since the success of a sustainable strategy encompassing a financial, social, and environmental ecosystem depends on people. Success is measured today on Profit, Planet, People (PPP), ethical choices and social impact. The «Business as usual» principle should interact with the society defending the interest and inclusion of the local actors, as people may represent a tangible source of richness.

Our Projects in Madagascar

Following a gastronomic discovery trip in 2014, Paolo Giulio Sari became aware of the fundamental issues that Education and Health represented for Madagascar, and in particular for this region of Ankarana. Madagascar is the country that has reported a weaker development trend compared to all other countries in the world in the last 50 years. The wealth of Madagascar, and especially for this region of Ankarana, is represented by magical places and an uncontaminated nature; the primary ingredients for a pillar of the economy such as tourism. In these times of uncontrolled emigration of African countries, Paolo is strongly convinced that to help the people we must make the journey towards. Either not to separate people from their families and make their country even poorer. On the contrary, give the possibility to these populations to strengthen their community by providing them with means of development. We strongly believe that tourism will be the future of Ankarana, so it is fundamental to create the link between youth education and the tourism industry.

The Sustainable Festival

The Sustainable Festival is the major annual event for organic gastronomy, ecology, health, youth, and sport for charitable purposes. Organised by Moné and Paolo Sari and in symbiosis with the values of the Princely Foundation, The Sustainable Festival brings together the stakeholders of the approach and a passionate public, thus providing both global and local momentum to guarantee the success of this responsible initiative. Monaco has become the symbol of well-being, respect and protection of the environment and the evolution of renewable energies. A free event open to all on the Port with major charitable and humanitarian projects.
