Filmed and interviewed Paolo at Mondrian Hotel for 3 hours, with the angle being the most romantic place in Los Angeles. Footage ran as a feature for Saturday and re-edited to be repeated several times on the NBC  news

Special on "Celebrities & Cooking" with Nancy O'Dell, featuring celebrities cooking and the most famous, hottest hotel and restaurants in town.

Interviewed and filmed Paolo for proper Thanksgiving dinner preparation, cooking and presentation.

Paolo featured on the "Morning News" cooking breakfast in a minute, a weekly news spot, preparing Frittata with zucchini flowers and black truffle.

Filmed and interviewed Paolo Sari for 4 days. Program lasted 30 minutes. A first part concentrated on Paolo Sari life and a second part focusing on a very special banquet organized and prepared by Paolo Sari and his team at the Paradise Hotel.
