Palazzo Mezzanotte has been the headquarters of Borsa Italiana (the Italian Exchange) since its inauguration in 1932. Until the end of the 1980s the ground level of the building housed the trading floor with the pits where the brokers used to trade stocks by open outcry. In the 1990s however the Italian Exchange market began to undergo a radical change as the whole trading process became electronic. From December 1997, it became the headquarters of Borsa Italiana Spa, the private company that today manages the Italian stock market. At the beginning of this millennium, Palazzo Mezzanotte went under major renovation and it was furnished with a new Congress Centre, a VIP Club House, a brasserie and various banquet rooms which can accommodate over 600 people for Gala Dinner and up to 1500 people for cocktail party, best on its genres in terms of qualities, technology and services. Best of the fashion, business, culture events were hosted at the Palazzo Mezzanotte. |

Together with the partner company Afm Banqueting, through the most suitable locations, the best menus, the highest quality and care of all the particulars, we caterer daily for work meetings, conferences and congresses, press presentations, gala diners, show rooms, art galleries and any kind of special occasions around Milan county and North of Italy. All our efforts were focused on reaching the highest possible standards through a number of specially designed solutions, paying special attention to big numbers up to 7000 guests, where we could boast considerable experience. Nether less was the yearly FORMULA ONE GRAND PRIX in Monza, top spot for our banqueting credibility and ability: a challengeable 13.000 people catering event!
