Bice Restaurant is located in the heart of mid-town Manhattan. Bice Restaurant is among the busiest and most renowned Northern Italian Restaurant in the United States. The interior is designed by internationally award-winning designer Adam Tihany.

Dishes such as the incredible Tagliolini Lobster, Ravioli Massaia and Ossobuco, to name a few, have long demonstrated the chefs skill in blending Northern Italian and American cuisine with uncompromising results.

Major Responsibility and duties:

 

· Supervising 55 kitchen staff, schedules, training and hiring

 

· Composing a la carte and daily menus to accommodate approximately 850 people a day

 

· Emphasis was placed on improving public relation in the dining room, improving food cost, safety sanitation and food borne awareness
