Major Responsibility and duties:
· Supervising 55 kitchen staff, schedules, training and hiring
· Composing a la carte and daily menus to accommodate approximately 850 people a day
· Emphasis was placed on improving public relation in the dining room, improving food cost, safety sanitation and food borne awareness |
