Major Responsibility and duties:

 

· Key responsibility were to introduce Italian cuisine to the Lanes Restaurant’s menu and to train local cooks

 

· On my free time and on my days off I was training at the Four Seasons Restaurant, under the supervision of Michelin star awarded Chef Bruno Loubet.
